Return products

The goal of your business is immediate customer service and satisfaction. If, however, the user wishes to change or return a product, he has the right to do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt. More specifically, the consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product/products and from the day he notified the withdrawal, he has 14 days to return the product. In addition, the consumer has the right to request an unexplained refund of his money, without this being subject to restrictions and being executed under conditions as long as the product is not altered.

Our store must refund the money within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request. However, it may delay the refund if it does not receive the products or proof of their return. The money that will be refunded does not include the shipping costs paid by the consumer for the purchase.

In order to be returned, the products must not be used, worn, washed, modified or damaged and the identification tag along with all fabric labels must be attached to the product, along with all the documents that accompanied it (e.g. Retail Sales Receipt - T.D.A. etc.). The user is obliged to try the product he purchased without removing the tag, otherwise it is considered that the product is not in the same condition in which it was delivered and is not accepted.

Products that are made to order are not refundable.

Regarding Vidaxl products: If you have received the product and for some reason you want to return it, without it being defective, there will be a charge proportional to the cost of the product.

Regarding pet fences, since they are made to order, they are not refundable.

In all cases, when returning products, the product must be returned as received. For example, all screws must be included, and they must be returned packaged.

If all the above conditions are met, our company is obliged to replace the product with any other type desired by the customer. In the event of a higher value, the difference is charged to the customer. The cost of the new shipment is borne by the user.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Defective products are those that have been damaged upon receipt or that present a manufacturing defect within one (1) month from the date of purchase. Products that present damage due to use and wear are not considered defective. All products that have an obvious manufacturing defect will be replaced with the same product, if available, otherwise the customer may choose any other type desired. When the product is made to order, we have the option not to replace it but to refund the amount. However, our company reserves the right, in the event of controversial complaints, to return the products to the manufacturer for inspection, in order to clarify whether the complaint is genuine. The user will be informed of the progress of his complaint. Where possible, our company will repair the defective product. When returning and re-sending defective products, the customer is not charged any shipping costs. If there is a difference in the price of the new item, it will be borne by the customer.
